CANCELLATION POLICY

• A cancellation done less than (7 days-low season / 14 days – middle season / 21 days – high season) prior to arrival date will bring a cancellation charge of 30% of the total reservation’s cost.
• 50% charges of the total reservation’s cost will be applied in case of a cancellation between the period of (7 -14 -21) days and 48 hours prior to arrival date.
• Cancellation done 48 hours prior to arrival full cancellation fees.
• A cancellation done before the above mentioned periods will not bring any  cancellation fee but a service charge of 5% of the total reservation’s cost.
• 50% charges of the remaining reservation’s cost will be applied in case of an early departure.
• No–Show: one night cancellation fees.
