Confirmation & Cancellation policy:
- A signed confirmation of the hotel is required in order a reservation to be considered guarantee.
- In case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival in Low and Middle season and 21 days prior in High and Peak season no fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days in Low and Middle season or within 21 days in High and Peak season, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.
- No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
